53例肺部炎性假瘤的外科治疗

目的 探讨肺炎性假瘤的临床特点、诊断和治疗。方法 对临床资料回顾分析。结果 全组病人均行手术治疗并痊愈出院。结论 肺炎性假瘤是肺实质内的增生性肉芽肿,组织结构复杂、细胞成分多样化是其显微镜下特点。由于此病的临床表现和影像学检查缺乏特征,术前误诊率高,有必要提高对本病的认识。该瘤虽属良性,亦应尽早手术,手术方式以肿块切除或肺叶切除为主,术中病理检查是决定术式的重要依据。

Surgical treatment of the pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor:a report of 53 cases

objective To explore the clinical characteristics,the diagnosis and the treatment of the pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor.Methods Retrospective analyses on the clinical data.Results All patients received operations,were cured and discharged.Conclusions The inflammatory pseudotumor is the proliferated granuloma in the pulmonary parenchyma,it has a complicated structures,various celluar characteristics under the microscope.Since it lacks clinical and imaging features,misdiagnosis before operation is high.It is therefore necessary to improve the knowledge of this disease.The pseudotumor is a benign,and suitable for receiving surgery as soon as possible.The major surgical style is to cut off the tumor or lobes of the lung.The style selection was dependent on the important histological exam inetion of the tissues taken during the surgical procedure.
