| 摘 要： | 目的探讨影响三叉神经痛射频热凝(RFC)治疗效果的因素。方法应用射频热凝治疗三叉神经痛897例,其中47例无效;根据一般情况、疼痛特征、疼痛分布和治疗经过等方面分析三叉神经痛射频热凝治疗效果的影响因素。结果病程长者(超过6.2年)和女性病人(68.09%)三叉神经痛射频热凝治疗无效的发生率较高;疼痛不典型者RFC治疗无效的发生率亦较高。结论病程的长短、女性、疼痛特征等是预测三叉神经痛射频热凝治疗效果重要因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the prognostic factors of response to the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia by percutaneous radiofrequency thermocoagulation(RFC).Methods 897 patients with trigeminal neuralgia were treated by RFC,there was no improvement in the 47 patients.General data,characteristics of pain,distribution of pain and therapeutic course,as well as prognostic factors were analyzed in the 47 cases.Results There was a high incidence unresponsive to RFC in patients with trigeminal neuralgia with a duration of preoperative symptoms of more than 6.2years(P<0.05) and female sex(32/47,68.09%);the ratio of no improvement is higher in patients with atypical pain.Conclusion Female sex,symptoms lasting more than 6.2 years,characteristics of pain were significant predictors of eventual effective control of trigeminal neuralgia by RFC,so it is necessary to consider above factors in choosing indication of the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia by RFC. |
