| 摘 要： | 目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定知柏地黄丸中盐酸小檗碱和丹皮酚的含量。方法：以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充镇；甲醇-磷酸（50:50:0.5）为流动相，检测波长263nm，外标法定量。结果：平均加样回收率分别为：盐酸小檗碱98.8%（RSD=0.57%）；丹皮酚99.2%(RSD=0.62%）。结论：方法简便、准确，适合于该产品质量检验分析。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE：To establish an HPLC method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride and paeonol in Zhibai Dihuang Wan.METHODS：Column,YMC-pack ODS C18 (150 mm×6.0 mm,10 μm);mobile phase,methanol-water-phosphoric acid (50∶50∶0.5);detection wavelength was 263 nm,external standard method.RESULTS：The average recovery of berberine hydrochloride and paeonol was 98.8% (RSD=0.57%) and 99.2% (RSD=0.62%),respectivery.CONCLUSIONS：The method is simple,accurate and can be used for quantitative analysis of Zhibai Dihuang Wan. |
