摘    要:目的:运用近红外光谱分析技术(NIRS)快速测定砂仁中水分。方法:采用减压干燥法测定砂仁样品中的水分,用标准归一化法和二阶导数法同时对光谱进行预处理,结合偏最小二乘法(PLS)建立砂仁中水分的近红外定量分析模型。结果:所建模型的校正集内部交叉验证相关系数(R2),校正均方差(RMSEC),预测校正均方差(RMSEP)和性能指数(PI)分别为0.986 7,0.242,0.285,92.5。结论:该方法具有简便、快速、准确、无损等特点,可用于砂仁中水分的快速测定。

Abstract:Objective: To quickly determine the moisture content in Amomi Fructus by using near infrared spectroscopy(NIRS) technology. Method: Vacuum drying method was used for determination of moisture content in samples of Amomi Fructus.Both standard normalization method and the second derivative method were used for the spectra pretreatment, combined with partial least squares(PLS) to establish near infrared quantitative analysis models for the moisture content of Amomi Fructus. Result: The internal cross-validation correlation coefficient (R2) in the calibration set of the established models, root mean square error of calibration (RMSEC), root mean square error of prediction (RMSEP) and the performance index (PI) were 0.986 7, 0.242, 0.285 and 92.5. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate, and non-destructive, and can be used for rapid determination of moisture content in Amomi Fructus.
