川芎地上部分的形态组织学研究

目的 为川芎地上部分的研究和开发提供依据.方法 采用显微常规鉴定方法 徒手切片、石蜡切片、表面制片.使用显微描绘目镜绘制组织图,并计算叶片栅表比、脉岛数及下表面气孔指数.结果 找出了川芎茎、叶柄、叶组织上的主要鉴别特征.结论 形态组织学研究为川芎地上部分的研究和开发奠定了基础.

Histology study on aerial parts of Rhizoma Chuanxiong

OBJECTIVE To provide basis for further research and development of the aerial parts of Rhizoma Chuanxiong.METHODS Pharmacognosy routine methods such as freehand section,paraffin section and surface slice were used to observe the microscopic characters of the leaves and stems of Rhizoma Chuanxiong.Microscopic pictures were drawn under microscope,palisade ratio,vein islet number and thestomatal index of reverse leaves were calculated.RESULTS The main identification characteristics of the leaves,petiole and stems of Rhizoma Chuanxiong were obtained.CONCLUSION The study will be useful for the research and development of the aerial parts of Rhizoma Chuanxiong.
