糖尿病人红细胞免疫粘附功能的变化

摘    要:
测定62例糖尿病人的红细胞C3b受体花环(RC3b)和免疫复合物花环(RIC);同时测定血糖、胰岛素、糖化血红蛋白和血清循环免疫复合物(SCIC),并和30例对照组比较。结果显示糖尿病组RC3b显著低于对照组。高HbAl组RC3b明显低于正常HbA1组(P<0.01)。RIC在高HbA1组显著高于其他组(P<0.01)。糖尿病组SCIC显著高于对照组;高HbA1组显著高于正常HbA1组。SCIC和RIC的结果呈现相关(r=0.713,r<0.01)。提示糖尿病人RC3b下降与血清SEIC水平升高有关,与血糖控制有密切关系。

Abstract:
The rosette rates of red blood cells C3b receptor(RC3b),red blood cell immune complex(RIC),circulating immune complex(CIC)and HbA1 in 62 patients with NIDDM and 30 controls were determined.The results showed that the CIC and RIC increased significantly,but the RC3b reduced markedly in the patients.These data suggest that the changes of RC3b and RIC may relate to the levels of HbA1 and SCIC.
