补阳还五汤对脑水肿的钙拮抗作用

摘    要:观察补阳还五汤对百日咳菌液致大鼠急性脑水肿时的钙拮抗作用。结果:脑水肿时脑含水量与脑组织钙含量的增加呈正相关,使脑毛细血管周围星形胶质细胞突与神经元内线粒体的肿胀减轻,脑组织钙含量减少,脑组织匀浆丙二醛含量降低,超氧化物经酶活性升高。提示:BYHWD可通过抑制氧自由基连锁反应,维持细胞内Ca^2+稳态,减轻由胞浆 a^2+积聚引起的血脑屏障与脑细胞及其细胞器损伤。

Abstract:Calcium antagonistic effect of bu yang huan wu de-coction(BYHWD)on cerebral damage was observed inrats with acute brain edema induced by periussis vaccine(PV).The results showed the contents of water and cal-cium in the brain tissue were increased remarkably andtheir increases had a significant correlation(r=0.9187,P<0.01);BYHWD could significantly decrease the con-tents of brain tissue calcinm and malondialdehyde,andincrease the activity of superoxide dismutase;BYHWDalso could reduce the swelling of cerbral perivascular as-trocyte processes and mitochondria in neurons,The re-sults revealed that PV might cause cerebral damage inbrain edema,caicium homeostasis disturhance and exces-sive accumulation of oxygen free radicals. On the otherhand,BYHWD possesses protective effects on bloodbrain barrier and encephalic cell damage caused by PV inbrain edema.It is also suggested that the underlying pro-tective mechanism of BYHWD is related to the preven-tion of calcium overload and the action of anti-lipid per- oxidation.
