| 摘 要： | 从１９８５年到１９９４年我县对的４５万人次进行接种观察，结果显示接种流脑多糖菌苗不仅打断了流脑流行环节，而且大大降低了流脑的发病率，现降至０．２１／１０万。１９８５年至今，每年只有１至２人患病，为未接种菌苗者，观察表明流脑多糖菌苗人群保护率为９８．６１％。

| Abstract: | An vaccination investigation on meningoeoecal polysaccharide vaccine in laian county was carried out from 1985-1994 with a population of 450000 the result showed interrupted rule of epidemic cerebrospinal, and sharply decreased the incidence fron 52.96/100,000 to 0.21/100,000 since 1989 up to now, only or two cases was happened every year in our county, and they weren't vacccinated, That is important measure to control Epidemic carebrospinal Meningitis. |
