| 摘 要： | 蛋白质组学是继基因组学后提出的新学科,它以组织或细胞的全部蛋白质为研究对象,以蛋白质表迭的整体水平为研究特点,为生命科学的研究提供了新的视角。蛋白质组学在心血管疾病领域的研究,促进了对疾病本质认识的深入,提高了临床诊断和治疗水平。现参阅近十年中外文献资料,对蛋白质组学在心血管疾病中的研究进展做一简要概述。 |

| Abstract: | Proteomics is a newer field which studies the entirety of protein structure and function in any tissue or cell at a given time.Proteomics has provided another view point life science research. The involvement of proteomics in cardiovascular disease has accelerated the understanding of the essence of the disease,and sublimates the level of clinical diagnosis and therapies. This article reviews the evolution of cardiovascular proteomics in the last ten years of published literature. |
