思密达与氧化锌联用治疗尿布皮炎49例疗效观察

目的:对照观察思密达与氧化锌联用和单用氧化锌、皮炎平及达克宁霜对尿布皮炎的治疗效果。方法:把收住院和门诊诊治的病例随机分为四级,经常规处理后,治疗组以思密达与氧化锌联用,对照组分别以氧化锌、皮炎平及达克宁霜治疗,一个疗程后现察疗效。结果:治疗组效果明显优于三个对照组(P＜O．01)。结论:思密达与氧化锌联用治疗尿布皮炎是一种较为理想的方法。

Observations on the curative effects of the treatment with dioctahedral smectit plus zinc oxide on the 49 cases of diaper dermatitis

Objective: This paper presents a contrast of the different curative effects on the cases of diaper dermatitis treated with Dioctahedral Smectite plus Zinc oxide, Zinc oxide, Piyanping (Dexamethasone acetate), and Daktarin(miconazale)respectively. Methods: The clinical Practice is as follows: Inpatients and outpatients are randomly divided into groups, one target group and three contrastive groups. The target group is treated with Dioctahedral Smectite plus Zinc oxide, while the three contrastive groups are treated with Zinc oxide, piyanping(Dexamethasone acetate), and Daktarin(miconazale)respectively. Results: The observations, after a course of treatment, evidence that the target group suggests much better curative effect than the three contrastive groups do. Conclusion: It can be concluded that application of Dioctahedral Smectite plus Zinc oxide is a relatively ideal treatment for diaper dermatitis.
