健脑益智胶囊治疗外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血31例

目的观察健脑益智胶囊对外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血（TSAH）的治疗作用。方法选择我院住院患者62例．随机分成治疗组和对照组，对照组入院后24h内应用止血，脱水，营养治疗，常规腰椎穿刺；治疗组入院后24h开始在对照组基础上加用健脑益智胶囊（口服或鼻饲），5粒／12kg，（含生药0．5g／粒），3次／d，共14d。观察患者头痛缓解情况和第3d、7d、14d双侧大脑中动脉（MCA）收缩期流速的峰值，动态评价蛛网膜下腔出血后引起脑血管痉挛的血流动力学变化。结果用药7d和14d后，治疗组较对照组，MCA的血流速度明显减慢，P〈0．05，有统计学意义；头痛治愈患者较显效者明显增多，有统计学意义（P〈0．05），有效和无效者无差别（P〉0．05）。结论健脑益智胶囊主要通过改善微循环和早日清除蛛网膜下腔的积血来缓解鸭AH引起的CVS，从而减少了神经系统的损害，对TSAH有较好的治疗作用。

Treatment of 31 Traumatic Subarachnoid Hemorrhage Patients with Jiannaoyizhi Capsule

Objective To observe therapeutic effect of Jiannaoyizhi Capsule on Traumatic Subarachnoid Hemorrhage （TSAH） . Methods 62 patients were chosen to divide randomly into treatment group and control group. Stopping bleeding, dehydration, nutrition treatment and regular lumbar puncture were used for patients in control group within 24 hours. Patients in treatment group were orally given or nasal fed with Jiannaoyizhi Capsule 5 capsule/ 12 kg, （which contains 0.5 raw herb per capsule） , three times a day based on treatment of control group, for 14 days. Headache relief condition was observed and MCA was tested at 3rd, 7th, and 14th day to evaluate hemodynamic change of cerebrovascular spasm after TSAH. Results At 7th and 14th days of treatment, MCA of treatment group slowed down obviously comparing with control group, P 〈 0.05 with statistical significance. More patients＇ headache was cured in treatment group, P 〈 0.05 with statistical significance. There was no difference between two groups on effective rate and ineffective rate, P 〉 0.05. Conclusion Jiannaoyizhi Capsule relieve CVS caused by TSAH by improving microcirculation and removing blood from Sub- arachnoid, which reduces impairment to nerve system, thus has good therapeutic effect.
