锁定加压钢板治疗胫腓骨中下段开放性骨折

摘    要:目的:探讨锁定加压钢板治疗胫腓骨中下段开放性骨折临床效果。方法:回顾性分析15例微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定技术治疗胫腓骨中下段开放性骨折患者的资料。术前常规预防性静脉应用抗生素,彻底清创,采用微创技术经皮植入锁定加压钢板,同期覆盖创面。结果:骨折均愈合,平均愈合时间15个月,无深部感染。Johner-Wruhs评分,优10例,良4例,中1例,差0例,以优良为满意标准,本组病例总体满意率93.3%。住院时间14~40 d。结论:在彻底清创前提下,利用微创技术经皮植入锁定加压钢板是治疗胫腓骨中下段开放性骨折的良好选择。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the surgical results of using locking compression plate to treat the open fractures in the middle and distal region of tibial fibula shaft. Methods : The data of 15 patients were retrospectively analyzed with regard to the minimally invasive locking compression plate osteosynthesis for open fractures of the distal tibia. Antibiotics was used to prevent the pre-operative infection with thorough debridement,and the minimally invasive percutaneous plate was employed to fix the fracture shaft with suture of the wounds. Results :The 15 cases were healed within 15 months on average after the procedure. No deep infection occurred. Judged by the criteria of Johner-Wruhs score, 10 cases were in excellent state,4 in good and 1 in moderate. 93.3% of the patients got satisfactory recovery. The length of hospital stay ranged between 14 and 40 days with an average of 22 days. Conclusion : Locking compression plate fixation is favorable to the treatment of open fractures in middle ad distal part of tibial fibula shaft under the condition of thorough debridement.
