斯奇康佐治结核性胸膜炎疗效分析

目的　观察斯奇康注射液的免疫治疗效果 ,缩短结核性胸膜炎胸水吸收时间及减少胸膜增厚后遗症。方法　随机抽样分为斯奇康治疗组和对照组 ,在全身化疗的基础上 ,斯奇康注射液胸膜腔注入。结果　近期疗效有差异 ,胸水吸收治愈率 ,治疗组为 84 .3% ,对照组为 5 0 .0 % ;胸水 10d以内吸收者 ,治疗组与对照组分别为 4 3.7%和 12 .5 % ;胸膜增厚 ,治疗组 15 .6 % ,对照组为 5 0 .0 %。结论　斯奇康注射液胸膜腔内注入对结核性胸膜炎治疗有较大临床应用价值

Curative Effect Analysis of BCG-PSN for Assisting to Treat Tuberculosis Pleuritis

Objective to observe immunological curative effect of BCG-PSN (polysaccharide nucleic acid fraction of Bacillus Calmette Guerin) injecta, shorten hydrothorax absorption time of tuberculosis pleuritis and reduce pachynsis.Methods Cases were divided into treatment group with BCG-PSN and control group. Pleural cavities of Cases in treatment group were given BCG-PSN on basis of chemical treatment.Results There were significant differences of curative effect between the two groups. Hydrothorax absorption cure rate of treatment group was 84.3% and that of control group was 50.0%. 43.7% cases hydrothorax in treatment group was absorbed completely within 10 days and 12.5% cases hydrothorax in control group was absorbed completely in the same period. Pachynsis of treatment group was 15.6% and that of control group was 50.0%.Conclusions BCG-PSN was of higher application value to treat tuberculosis pleuritis by injecting BCG-PSN into the patient's pleural cavity.
