宫腔镜与腹腔镜联合妇科手术156例临床分析

目的:探讨应用宫腔镜与腹腔镜联合手术在诊治妇科疾病中的价值。方法:对2000年3月~2006年5月住院进行宫腔镜与腹腔镜联合手术的156例患者进行手术指征、手术方法、手术效果进行临床分析。结果:156例患者共实施了355项操作,其中宫腔镜156项操作,腹腔镜199项操作,全部在宫腔镜与腹腔镜下完成。联合手术中发现宫腔镜手术中子宫穿孔1例,及时在腹腔镜下缝合处理,避免了开腹手术。所有病例未发生严重的并发症。术后经过均顺利。结论:宫腔镜与腹腔镜联合手术可同时诊断与治疗宫腔内、盆腔内的疾病,提高疗效;同时能提高宫腔镜、腹腔镜手术治疗的安全性及有效性;而且只需1次麻醉、一期手术,具有不开腹、创伤小、恢复快等的优点,尤其在不孕症的检查与治疗中具有重要价值。

Clinical study on 156 cases performed under hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy

Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of using hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in gynecologic disease.Methods: From March 2000 to May 2006, 156 operations were performed under hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy to observe their indications, method and effect.Results: Among the 156 cases, 355 procedures were performed, including 156 inside uterine and 199 inside pelvic cavity. All of them were performed under hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy. One case with uterine perforation were found by laparoscopy during hysteroscopic procedures and treated under laparoscopy. There were no serious complication and recovered smoothly in all cases.Conclusion:Hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy can diagnoze and treat diseases inside uterine and pelvic cavity at same time under one anesthesia. That could not be done previously with single hysteroscopy or laparoscopy. It improves the safety and curative effects with the benefits such as less trauma, quick recovery and etc, especially in diagnosis and treatment of infertility.
