Effect of Shashen Maidong Decoction Combined with DP Chemotherapy on Patients with Immune Function and Quality of Life

Objective To investigate the effects of Shashen Maidong Decoction combined with DP chemotherapy on lung cancer patients'immune function and quality of life.Methods Ninety patients with lung cancer who were treated in our hospital from February to September 2019 in 2013 were randomly divided into two groups,45 cases each.DP control was given to the control group,and the observation group was treated with Radix Salviae on the basis of DP chemotherapy.The immune function and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the CD8+level was lower than that in the control group.The quality of life scores were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with lung cancer,the treatment with Shashen Maidong Decoction combined with DP chemotherapy can help to enhance immune function,improve quality of life,and alleviate the side effects caused by chemotherapy.It is worthy of popularization and application.
