连续两年医院感染现患率调查结果分析

目的了解医院感染现患情况,为进一步制定医院感染监控措施提供依据。方法采用横断面调查方法,分别选择2010年5月13日和2011年9月26日对某医院当日所有住院患者的医院感染情况进行了调查,并对两次调查结果进行分析比较。结果 2010年5月13日实查该医院住院患者482例,发生医院感染患者4例,现患率为0.83%。2011年9月26日实查该医院住院患者501例,发生医院感染患者9例,现患率为1.80%。两年所发生的医院感染均以呼吸道感染为主。调查当日住院患者抗菌药物使用率为48.47%。结论该医院连续两年医院感染现患率均比较低,但两年之间存在差别,应加强重点科室医院感染管理。

COMPARISON ON THE HOSPITAL INFECTION RATES OF TWO CONSECUTIVE YEARS

Objective To know the status of hospital infection,and to provide the basis for further management of hospital infection control measure.Methods Cross-sectional survey method was used to investigate the hospital infection on May 13,2010 and September 26,2011 respectively,compared and analyses the results of two surveys.Results The hospital inpatients were 482 on May 13,2010.4 cases of patients had hospital infection.The prevalence rate was 0.83%.The hospital inpatients were 501 on September 26,2011.9 cases had hospital infection.The prevalence rate was 1.80%.The main hospital infections in the two years were respiratory infections.The rate of antibacterial drugs using in inpatients was 48.47%.Conclusion The hospital infection rates in this hospital are relatively low in two consecutive years,but there is a difference between two years.The key departments should be strengthened the management of hospital infection.
