下肢骨折患者血浆中纤维蛋白原和D-二聚体检测结果分析

目的探讨血浆中纤维蛋白原（FIB）及D-二聚体（D-dimerDD）检测对下肢骨折并发深静脉血栓（DVT）的早期诊断价值。方法对90例下肢骨折患者术前及术后第3天进行血浆中FIB及DD的定量检测,并与正常对照组（90例）比较。结果骨折患者术前术后3d的血浆中FIB和DD均高于对照组（P〈0.01）;90例患者有10例并发DVT,并发DVT组术前、术后第3天血浆中FIB及DD的检测结果差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。未并发DVT组术前、术后第3天血浆中FIB及DD的检测结果差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。而并发DVT组与未并发DVT组相比较,术前血浆中FIB及DD的检测结果差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;术后第3天血浆中FIB及DD的检测结果差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论血浆中FIB及DD的动态监测对下肢骨折并发DVT具有早期诊断价值。

Analysis on Results of Plasma Fibrinogen and D-dimer Assay on Patients with Lower Limb Fracture
