药物联合雾化吸入治疗急性加重期慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床观察

目的观察氨溴索、布地奈德、异丙托溴胺/硫酸沙丁胺醇联合雾化吸入对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期的临床疗效。方法 70例COPD急性加重期患者分两组:对照组35例,仅给予常规治疗;治疗组35例,在常规治疗基础上,给予氨溴索15 mg、布地奈德1.0 mg、异丙托溴胺/硫酸沙丁胺醇2.5 mL联合雾化吸入,记录两组患者用药5~7 d,临床症状、体征、动脉血气改变及相关副反应,如肝肾功能、血糖等情况。结果两组疗效相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论氨溴索、布地奈德、异丙托溴胺/硫酸沙丁胺醇联合雾化吸入对COPD急性加重期治疗有效,安全性高。

Clinical Observation of Ambroxol Budesonide and Compound Ipratropium Bromide Aerosol Combinedly Atomized Inhalation for Patients with Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (AECOPD)

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect 0f ambroxol,budesonide and Compound Ipratropium Bromide Aerosol combined atomized inhalation on patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（AECOPD）.Methods 70 patients with AECOPD were allocated into two groups in random,the control group（n=35）and the treated group（n=35）.The control group was received conventional therapy,but the treated group received combined atomized inhalation on basis of conventional therapy.The two groups were treated in five-seven days,and were recorded the changes of clinical symptom,physicak sign,arterial blood gas analysis and the related side effect（for example,liver and renal function,blood sugar,etc）.Results There are significant difference between the two groups in clinical effect（P0.05）.Conclusions Ambroxol,budesonide and Compound Ipratropium Bromide Aerosol combined atomized inhalation in the treatment of patients with AECOPD was effective,little side effect and very safe.
