| 摘 要： | 目的:分析关节镜下儿童外侧盘状半月板损伤的治疗方法与效果.方法:回顾性分析2006年8月至2008年10月儿童外侧盘状半月板损伤病例32例34膝(30例单侧,2例双侧),男性20例,女性12例,平均年龄11.2(8～16)岁.根据半月板撕裂范围及稳定性决定切除范围,其中行部分切除术28膝,次全切除术4膝,完全切除术2膝.结果:术后随访5月～26月(平均15月),行Lysholm膝关节功能标准评分,术前评分平均52.6(32～76)分,随访时评分平均90.2(74～100)分,术后膝关节功能显著改善(P<0.05).结论:应用关节镜治疗儿童外侧盘状半月板损伤取得良好的l临床效果.

| Abstract: | Objective:To review the operative results of children for symptomatic discoid lateral menisci.Methods:Between August 2006 and October 2008,arthroscopic meniscectomy was performed on 34 menisci of 32 patients with discoid lateral meniscus injure(30 unilateral,2 bilateral).The mean patient age was 11.2 years(range,8 to 16 years),with 20 male and 12 female patients.The extent of meniscectomy was decided along with tear patterns and the stability of the discoid meniscus.Partial meniscectomy was performed on 28 ... |
