| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨非ST段抬高急性冠脉综合征(acute coronary artery syndrome,ACS)患者GRACE危险评分与冠状动脉病变的关系,评价GRACE危险评分对冠状动脉病变预测的价值。方法:收集2007年7月至2008年6月住院的非ST段抬高ACS患者共114例,对其进行GRACE危险评分,以评分差异分组,分析不同组别中患者冠状动脉病变的特点,及与GRACE危险评分之间的关系。结果:随着GRACE危险评分分值的增加,冠状动脉狭窄的支数及狭窄的程度呈增加的趋势。结论:GRACE危险评分对冠状动脉病变支数、严重程度有一定的预测价值。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the relationship between GRACE risk score and stenosis of non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary artery syndrome.Method: One hundred and fourteen patients with Non-ST-segments elevation acute coronary syndrome undergoing coronary angiography during the hospitalization were studied.They were divided into different groups according to GRACE risk score.Then the differences of the severity and numbers of pathological arteries among groups were compared.Result:Present study shows that as the results of GRACE risk score increase,the severity and numbers of pathological arteries take on an increasing tendency.Conclusion: GRACE risk score has important value in predicting the disease of pathological coronary artery. |
