大鼠放射性肺损伤模型制作及影像学评价

摘    要:目的研究大鼠放射性肺损伤影像学模型制作方法,评价HRCT对放射性肺损伤的早期诊断价值.方法 30只SD大鼠随机分为对照组和照射组,右肺单分隔15Gy60Co照射建立肺损伤模型.照射后第4、8、16、24周分别行CR和HRCT检查.结果 HRCT显示大白鼠放射性肺损伤,包括肺部毛玻璃改变、斑片状及条索样高密度影,显示病变时间早于CR片,阳性率高于CR(P<0.05).结论 SD大鼠单侧肺单分隔15Gy照射可以制作放射性肺损伤模型.HRCT可以早期诊断放射性肺损伤.

Abstract:Objective To study the setting-up methods of radiation-induced lung injury in rat model,and to assess diagnostic value of CT in the early phase of radiation-induced lung injury. Methods Thirty Sprague Dawley rats were divided into one normal control group and four experimental groups randomly, and the experimental groups received a single dose of 15 Gy to the right lung. Images of CR and HRCT were obtained at 4, 8, 16, 24 weeks. Results HRCT findings including ground-glass opacity, patchy consolidation, and high density fibrosis were observed at the scheduled study. Radiative pneumonitis were detected earlier with HRCT than with CR, and the sensitivity of HRCT was higher than that of CR ( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion The radiation-induced lung injury model can be setting up with the exposure of a single dose of 15 Gy radiation to the unilateral lung of sprague dawley rats. Early diagnosis of radiation-induced lung injury can be performed with HRCT scanning.
