| 摘 要： | 作者根据57例成人尸体的解剖学资料,提出肩胛上神经的绞勒性损伤之绞勒点在冈盂切迹处,但尚缺乏临床资料验证.为了促进对排球运动员冈下肌萎缩症机理的深入探讨,以利该病的防治,故全文刊载如下,与读者商榷。

ENTRAPMENT INJURY OF THE SUPRASCAPULAR NERVES——MECHANISM OF MUSCULUS INFRASPINATUS ATROPHY IN VOLLEYBALL PLAYERS |

| Abstract: | The mechanism of musculus infraspinatus atrophy in volleyball playersare studied in connection with anatomy, clinical practice, simulated test and electric diagnosis. The disease is considered to be caused by entrapmentinjury of the supracapular nerves, with the entrapment point at the spinog-lenoid notch. During the frontal windmill attack actions of volleyball pla-yers, the scapula is rotated to a great extent repeatedly. Accumulated stret-ching and friction may give rise to chronic injury of musculus infraspinatusbranch of the suprascapular nerves, resulting in musculus infraspinatusatrophy. Based on mechanism of the injury, precaution measures and surgical devi-ces are suggested. |
