450例健康儿童心率变异性分析

目的：对450例健康儿童心率变异性（heart rate variability，HRV）进行分析，观察其正常值范围及其与年龄的关系。方法：对450例来我院体检的正常健康儿童分以下5组：婴儿组（2个月～1岁）、幼儿组（～3岁）、学龄前组（～6岁）、学龄组（～11岁）和青春期组（～16岁），进行24h动态心电图检测，分析HRV时域（SDNN、SDANN、PNN50、rMSSD）及频域（TF、VLF、LF、HF、LF／HF）结果。结果：①各年龄组HRV时域分析，SDNN、SDANN、rMSSD差异有显著性（P〈0．05或P0.01），随年龄增长，HRV有增大趋势。②HRV频域分析，TF、VLF、LF、HF间差异有显著性（P〈O．01），数值随年龄增大而增大。结论：不同年龄段HRV时域及频域结果不同，HRV随年龄增加而增大，可对，瞄床研究异常HRV提供参考依据。

Analysis of heart rate variability in 450 healthy children with aging

Objective：To analyse the range of normal values of heart rate variability （HRV） in 450
healthy children, explore the relationship between the value of HRV and age. Methods： A total of 450 healthy children was randomly divided into five groups according to their ages as follows： group I （2 months to 1 year old）, groupⅡ （1 to 3 years old）, group Ⅲ（3 to 6 years old）, group Ⅳ（6 to 11 years old） and group V（11 to 16 years old）. HRV time domain value （SDNN, SDANN, PNNSO, rMSSD） and spectral power value （TF, VLF, LF, HF, LF/HF） were measured in all children with 24 dynamic electrocardiogram. Results：①The HRV time domain values （SDNN, SDANN, rMSSD） were increased with age, there were significant differences among five groups （P〈0.05 and 0.01）.②The spectral power values （TF, VLF, LF, HF） comparison showed significant differences among five groups （P〈0.05 and 0.01）. Conclusion： The change of HRV correlates with age, and it increases with age in children, The values generated in this study may be useful in health care settings to determine abnormal ranges of HRV under different clinical and experimental conditions.
