《金匮要略》湿病相关问题的探讨

仲景论述湿病，有湿痹、风湿、湿家、寒湿等不同称谓。湿痹，即湿邪痹阻之意；风湿含义有二：一指病因，二指证候名称；湿家指素患湿病之人，重浊粘滞之湿邪痹阻筋脉关节日久，必见身体关节疼痛反复发作或持续不已；寒湿，亦湿痹证型之一，乃寒与湿相合，流注关节，痹阻气血而致。称谓不同，含义有别，不可不辨也。
