| 摘 要： | 目的探索贯叶金丝桃药材中金丝桃苷的乙醇提取工艺。方法以金丝桃苷的含量为考察指标,采用正交设计法对影响乙醇提取效果的因素进行优选。结果最佳提取条件为10倍90%乙醇提取2次,每次1.5 h。结论最佳优选结果用于验证实验具有较好的重现性。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the alcohol extractive technique of hyperin from Hypericum(perforatum) Linn.Method With the content of hyperin as criteria,the orthogonal design was used to(optimize) the factors influencing the alcohol extractive technique.Result The best extractive condition was to extract hyperin with 10-fold of 90% alcohol for 2 times and for 1.5 hours each time.ConclusionThe best optimization outcome has a good repeatability after using in the test experiment. |
