受血者输血前4项检查及相关疾病的分析

目的了解自贡市第三人民医院受血者在输血前的乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原(HBsAg)、丙型肝炎病毒抗体(抗-HCV)、人类免疫缺陷病毒抗体(抗-HIV1/2)和梅毒螺旋体抗体(抗-TP)等传染病指标的感染状况和受血者的相关疾病情况。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验对自贡市第三人民医院2006年1月至2009年12月近4年的受血者4373例进行输血前4项检查。相关疾病的统计按照受血者的临床出院诊断进行统计。结果 4373例受血者输血前相关检查的血清学标志物阳性率分别为HBsAg19.41%、抗-HCV3.18%、抗-HIV1/20.11%、抗-TP1.17%。结论本组样本受血者资料分析表明,输血前4项检查中HBV感染率高于普通人群,同时还可以减少输血的医疗纠纷及隐患,有利于受血者的治疗及医院内感染的预防。

Analysis of the four checks and the of related disease in the patients before blood transfusion

Objective To undestand the hepattitis B surface antigen（HbsAg）、hepatitis C antibody（HCVAb）,HIV（1＋2）Ab,syphilis antibody（TPAb）in the serum of patients before blood transfusion and study the related dis-ease.Methods 4373 cases of blood transfusion recipients were enrroled from 2006 to 2009,and the index of HbsAg,HCVAb,HIV（1＋2）Ab and TPAb were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assy（ELISA）.The statistics of related disease was carried out according to the clinical diagnosis.Results The positive rate of HbsAg,HCVAb,HIV1＋2Ab and TPAb were 19.41%,3.18%,0.11%,and 1.17% respectively in the 4373 cases of blood transfusion recipients.Conclusion The date analysis showed that the patients with hepatitis B virus infection in the four checks was higher than that of the general population.meanwhile,it can reduce medical malpractice before blood transfusion and prevent the infection from spreading in hospital.
