1996～2005年博白县病毒性肝炎流行特征分析

[目的]探讨博白县病毒性肝炎（肝炎）流行规律，为制订科学的预防措施提供依据。[方法]对1996～2005年博白县肝炎疫情资料进行分析。[结果]1996～2005年博白县肝炎发病率在10．24／10万～28．15／10万，年均平均17．13／10万；流动人口较多的7个乡镇为23．40／10万，其他21个乡镇为13．45／10万（P〈0．01）；男性为23．49／10万，女性为9．72／10万（P〈0．01）；15～39岁发病率最高为23．56／10万，其次40岁以上为16．60／10万，其他年龄人群为4．69／10万～10．60／10万（P〈0．01）；以农民和学生为主，分别占41．12％和18．50％；乙肝占70．18％，甲肝占20．89％，其他型占8．93％。[结论]甲肝和乙肝是肝炎防治的重点，农村、学校及流动人口聚集地区为肝炎防治的重点。

Epidemiological Analysis of Viral Hepatitis in Bobai County from 1996 to 2005

[Objective] To understand the epidemic situation of viral hepatitis in Bobai County so as to provide scientific evidence for prevention and control.[Methods]Epidemic data of viral hepatitis in Bobai county from 1996 to 2005 were analyzed.[Results]The morbidity of viral hepatitis was from 10.24 to 28.15/100 000 in recent 10 years,the average yearly morbidity was 17.13/100 000.It was 23.40/100 000 in the 7 towns with more migrants,and 13.45/100 000 in the other 21 towns;It was 23.49/100 000 in male and 9.72/100 000 in female;The highest incidence was 23.56/100 000 in the people aged from 15 to 39,then it was 16.60/100 000 in the people under 40.The incidence was from 4.69 to 10.60/100 000(P<0.01)in other people;The peasants with viral hepatitis accounted for 41.12% and students accounted for 18.50%;The people with hepatitis B accounted for 70.18%,hepatitis A accounted for 20.89%,other types accounted for 8.93%.[Conclusion]Hepatitis A and B were the key to be prevented and controlled in rural area,schools and in the regions where there are more migrants.
