| 摘 要： | 目的探讨颅底薄层高分辨螺旋CT扫描对颅底骨折的应用价值。方法对53例CT常规平扫可疑颅底骨折或临床怀疑颅底骨折的患者,加颅底薄层高分辨扫描。结果53例患者中薄层高分辨螺旋扫描检出颅底骨折41例,常规平扫检出8例,两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论CT薄层高分辨重建降低部分容积效应,提高空间分辨力及骨质与周围结构(含气间隙和软组织)对比,利于颅底骨折显示。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the thin thickness high resolution C T (HRCT) in the diagnosis of skull base fracture.Methods Fifty-three patients with suspected skull base fracture, initially diagnosed clinically or with indir ect sign of skull base fracture on conventional CT underwent skull base thin thi ckness HRCT. Results Among the 53 patients , 41 cases of skull base fracture wer e revealed on HRCT , while 8 cases were detected by conventional non-contrast CT. The difference with statistical significance ( P < 0.001) existed between th e two groups. Conclusion Thin thickness HRCT decreases the partial volume effect , and improves the spatial resolution and the contrast between bone and surround structure (air space and soft tissues ) ; which helps the diagnosis of skull ba se fracture . |
