术前禁食禁饮时间过长对全身麻醉病人的影响

目的:探讨临床中对需要行全身麻醉辅助手术的患者,术前禁食禁饮时间过程对患者手术的影响。方法:选取1年来收治的需采取全身麻醉辅助手术治疗的60例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成实验组(n=30)与对照组(n=30),对照组参照常规全身麻醉术前标准,在12h指导患者禁食,4~6h禁饮,实验组在术前2h可视患者的基本情况提供饮水,术前禁食6h。对两组患者手术情况进行观察。结果:在麻醉起效与手术时间指标上实验组明显较对照组短,在术中出血量上实验组明显较对照组少,对比差异显著(P<0.05);实验组的患者在术中低血糖、饥饿、虚弱与口渴的发生率分别为3.33%、40.00%、0、50.00%,对照组分别为20.00%、66.67%、13.33%、80.00%,对比差异显著(P<0.05),而在术中误吸发生上,实验组为3.33%,对照组为6.67%,对比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:对需采取全身麻醉辅助手术治疗的患者,术前若禁食禁饮时间过程会对手术治疗造成不良影响,因此需调整禁食禁饮方案,保证手术顺利实施。

Effect of Long Fasting and Drinking Time on General Anesthesia Patients

Objective:To investigate the effect of fasting and drinking time on patients undergoing general anesthesia-assisted surgery.Methods:60 patients who needed to be treated with general anesthesia-assisted surgery in the past year were selected as the study subjects,which were divided into experimental group(n=30)and control group(n=30)according to the random digital table method.The operation of the two groups was observed.Results:In anesthetic effect The incidence of hypoglycemia,hunger,weakness and thirst in the experimental group were 3.33%,66.67%,13.3%and 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05),but in the experimental group,3.33%and 6.67%,respectively(P>0.05).Conclusion:For the patients who need to take general anesthesia to assist the operation,the time course of fasting and drinking ban before operation will have a bad effect on the operation treatment,so it is necessary to adjust the fasting and drinking ban plan to ensure the smooth implementation of the operation.
