中西医结合治疗毒蛇咬伤166例

目的 探讨中西医结合治疗毒蛇咬伤的临床疗效,以供参考.方法 将我院2010年7月至2013年6月收治的毒蛇咬伤患者166例纳入本研究,均接受中西医结合法治疗,观察临床疗效,并对比治疗前后患者肝、肾功能指标的变化.结果 治疗后治愈58例、显效61例、有效42例、无效5例,总有效率为96.99％.与治疗前对比,我们发现治疗后患者ALT、AST、Urea、Cr等肝肾指标均明显下降,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 中西医结合法治疗毒蛇咬伤临床疗效满意,可保护患者肝、肾等重要器官功能,改善预后情况.

Traditional Chinese and western medicine for 166 paitents bitten by snake

Objective To investigate the clinical effect traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of snakebite. Methods 166 patients bitten by snake and hospitalized into our hospital from Jul. 2010 to Jun. 2013 were selected as study objects and were treated with traditional Chinese and western medicine. The clinical effect was observed. The changes of hepatic and renal function indexes before and after treatment were compared. Results After the treatment, 58 cases were cured, 61 cases markedly effective, 42 cases effective, 5 cases ineffective, with an effective rate of 96.99%. The ALT, AST, Urea, Cr levels were significantly lower after than before the treatment, with statistical differences （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Traditional Chinese and western medicine for snakebite has a satisfactory clinical effect and can protect liver and kidney function and improve the prognosis.
