半导体激光联合泛昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹临床观察

目的观察半导体激光联合泛昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法将68例带状疱疹患者随机分为两组,观察组及对照组,每组34例。观察组采用半导体激光照射皮损处并口服泛昔洛韦治疗,与对照组单纯口服泛昔洛韦,比较两组患者的疗效。结果观察组在痊愈率、总有效率及疼痛减轻时间、水疱结痂时间、后遗神经痛发生率等方面均明显优于对照组。结论半导体激光联合泛昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹疗程短,疗效快,安全性好,具有临床应用价值。

Treatment of Semiconductor Laser Combined with Famciclovir in Patients with Herpes Zoster

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of semiconductor laser combined with famciclovir in treatment of patients with herpes zoster.Methods Sixty-eight herpes zoster patients were divided into observation group and control group,thirty-four cases were respectively in the two groups,the former was treated by semiconductor laser combined with famciclovir,and the latter treated by famciclovir alone.Results The study showed that the cure rate,total effective rate and the time of vesicle scabbing,pain relieving and the rate of residual neuralgia in observation group were significantly superior than that in control group.ConclusionsSemiconductor laser combined with famciclovir can achieve better therapeutic effect for herpes zoster patients with advantages of safety,quickly working and shortening course.It is worthy to be applied in clinical practice.
