| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨西宁与北京地区阴道分娩新生儿脐血血气值差异；方法：将正常的单胎头位足月妊娠阴道分娩５１例新生儿的脐血，用血气分析仪直接测出脐血的ｐＨ值、二氧化碳分压（ＰＣＯ２）及氧分压（ＰＯ２），根据公式计算出实际碳酸氢盐（ＡＢ），标准碳酸氢盐（ＳＢ）、碱剩余（ＢＥ）及氧饱和度（Ｏ２Ｓａｔ）的值，与北京地区５１例新生儿脐血血气值比较；结果：高海拔地区西宁（海拔２２６０ｍ）与北京地区相比新生儿脐血血气ＰＯ |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the different aspects of level of blood gas of umbilical plasma after vaginal delivery between high altitude and lowland.Methods:A total of 51 puerperas with full-term,normal labor and free of any complication were included in this study.The blood samples of umbilical cord were measured by IL-B O2 blood-gas analyzer in Xining group and compared with that in Beijing.Results:There is a significant defference(P<0.01 or <0.05) between level of blood gases of umbilical plasma in Xining and Beijing.Conclusion:The measuer of blood gases of umbilical plasma would be important on treatment of newbirth's complication and understanding of prognosis. |
