| 摘 要： | 目的探讨过敏性紫癜(HSP)患者急性期血清免疫学指标水平的变化及其在HSP发病中的作用。方法对458例过敏性紫癜患者的肾脏或消化道受累及急性期血清免疫球蛋白与补体水平变化进行统计分析。结果血清IgE升高阳性率达90.80%;IgA升高组肾脏或消化道受累率达49.4%,比IgA正常组肾脏或消化道受累率(30%)明显升高(P<0.05),C3补体升高组肾脏或消化道受累率达41.18%,比正常组明显升高(P<0.01),其中61.76%的C3补体升高患者伴有IgA水平的升高。结论 HSP患者急性期IgE水平升高,IgA、C3补体升高患者易出现肾脏或者消化道并发症。
