| 摘 要： | 目的观察CFZ型臭氧妇科冲洗仪治疗阴道炎临床效果。方法病例组中白色念珠菌性阴道炎80例,细菌性阴道病40例,用臭氧水冲洗,3d为一疗程;对照组中白色念珠菌性阴道炎80例,用达克宁栓和克霉唑栓剂药物治疗;细菌性阴道病40例,用甲硝唑泡腾片和双唑泰泡腾片药物治疗。置入阴道内每日1次,7d为一个疗程。结果白色念珠菌性阴道炎总有效率:实验组97.3%,对照组85.7%。细菌性阴道病总有效率:实验组97.2%,对照组85.9%。实验组治疗效果明显好于对照组,患者反映良好。结论 CFZ型臭氧妇科冲洗仪治疗阴道疾病高效、无毒、无残留、方便、经济,易于被广大患者接受,值得推广使用。
