| 摘 要： | 目的了解佳木斯和大庆2市家蝇对3种杀虫剂的抗性动态,为科学合理使用杀虫剂,有效提高灭蝇效果提供科学依据。方法采用点滴法测定家蝇LD50。结果从1996-2010年,佳木斯市家蝇对溴氰菊酯和二氯苯醚菊酯的抗性分别由8.14倍和2.24倍上升至106.57倍和27.77倍,对敌敌畏的抗性由190.82倍下降至26.91倍;大庆市家蝇对溴氰菊酯和二氯苯醚菊酯的抗性分别由4.00倍和0.78倍上升至60.43倍和12.15倍,对敌敌畏的抗性由8.64倍下降至3.82倍。结论 2市家蝇对溴氰菊酯和二氯苯醚菊酯的抗性呈明显上升趋势,对敌敌畏的抗性呈下降趋势。
