| 摘 要： | 目的探讨2型糖尿病患者超敏C-反应蛋白与血管性病变的关系。方法于Hitachi 7170s全自动生化分析仪,采用免疫透射比浊法测定超敏C-反应蛋白,己糖激酶法测定血糖。结果2型糖尿病患者超敏C-反应蛋白显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01),合并血管性病变组超敏C-反应蛋白又显著高于单纯糖尿病患者组(P<0.01)。结论超敏C-反应蛋白在2型糖尿病血管性病变中的发生和发展起一定作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the association of high-sensitivity C-Reactive protein(hs-CRP) and vascular diseascs on type2 diabetes patients.Methods Serum hs-CRP is measured through latex-enhanced immunoturdidimetric assay by analysis instrument 7200 Glucose is examined by HK method.Results The level of hs-CRP in paticnts with diabetic were significantly higher than that in the control,The level of hs-CRP in diabetic patients with vascular disease were significantly higher than that in diabetic patients.Conclusions Hs-CRP play a certain role in the occurrence and development of diabetic vascular disease. |
