2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗与低密度脂蛋白和颈动脉内膜中层厚度的关系

目的：研究低密度脂蛋白（LDL）和颈动脉内膜中层厚度（IMT）与2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的关系。方法：选择76例诊断2型糖尿病患者（2型糖尿病组）和73健康者（对照组）。用稳态模型法评估两组胰岛素抵抗指数（HOMA-IR）;用酶法测定低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）,用彩色超声仪检测颈动脉内膜中层厚度（IMT）。结果：2型糖尿病组HOMA-IR、LDL和颈动脉IMT较对照组均显著升高,具有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论：2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗极大地促进了动脉粥样硬化的发生和发展,使相关血管疾病的发病率大大增加。

The Relationship of LDL and Carotid Artery IMT with Insulin Resistance in Type 2 Diabetes

Objective：To observe the relationship of low-density lipoprotein（LDL） and carotid artery intima-media thickness（IMT） with insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes. Methods：76-diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients（type 2 diabetes group） and 30 healthy people（control group） were enrolled in this study.Evaluate the two groups insulin resistance index（HOMA-IR） with steady-state model;test low-density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C） with enzymatic determination;detect carotid artery intima-media thickness（IMT） with color Doppler ultrasound. Results：The HOMA-IR,LDL and carotid artery IMT in type 2 diabetes group were higher than control group,the differences were significant（P0.05）. Conclusions：Insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes has greatly contributed to the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis,so that the incidence of vascular disease-related significant increase.
