摘    要:目的:研究低密度脂蛋白(LDL)和颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)与2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的关系。方法:选择76例诊断2型糖尿病患者(2型糖尿病组)和73健康者(对照组)。用稳态模型法评估两组胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR);用酶法测定低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),用彩色超声仪检测颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)。结果:2型糖尿病组HOMA-IR、LDL和颈动脉IMT较对照组均显著升高,具有统计学差异(P〈0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗极大地促进了动脉粥样硬化的发生和发展,使相关血管疾病的发病率大大增加。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the relationship of low-density lipoprotein(LDL) and carotid artery intima-media thickness(IMT) with insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes. Methods:76-diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients(type 2 diabetes group) and 30 healthy people(control group) were enrolled in this study.Evaluate the two groups insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR) with steady-state model;test low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) with enzymatic determination;detect carotid artery intima-media thickness(IMT) with color Doppler ultrasound. Results:The HOMA-IR,LDL and carotid artery IMT in type 2 diabetes group were higher than control group,the differences were significant(P0.05). Conclusions:Insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes has greatly contributed to the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis,so that the incidence of vascular disease-related significant increase.
