三级医院药学部开展科研工作的思考

目的:探讨对三级医院药学部科研工作的认识和发展举措。方法:根据目前三级医院药学部科研状况,结合实例,从西方管理学的核心竞争力、差异化战略、需求理论、激励理论、X-Y理论等角度,提出提高科研能力的策略。结果与结论:首先应认识到科研工作是提升药学部核心竞争力的关键,其次建议三级医院药学部应从优化资源配置、凝练特色优势、加强交流合作、加强队伍建设、推进制度革新等方面开展科研工作。

Consideration on the Development of Scientific Research in Pharmacy Department of Grade Three Hospitals

OBJECTIVE:To discuss the understanding of scientific research in pharmacy department of grade three hospital and development measures.METHODS:According to the current scientific research status quo of pharmacy department,some suggestions on improving scientific research ability were put forward based on the western management core competitive power,differentiation strategy,demand theory,incentive theory and X-Y theory.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:The scientific research is important to enhance the core competitiveness of pharmacy department.The scientific research of pharmacy department should be conducted in respect of optimizing the allocation of resources,expressing special advantage,strengthening the communication and cooperation,and strengthening the team building,promoting system innovation.
