针灸推拿治疗肩周炎55例疗效分析

目的:观察针灸推拿相结合治疗肩周炎的治疗效果。方法:选取我院收治的110例肩周炎患者,按抽签方法分为两组,对照组55例针灸治疗,治疗组55例采用针灸推拿联合治疗,观察两组患者的疗效。结果:治疗组的总有效率高于对照组,且肩关节疼痛程度、活动范围、肌力、日常生活能力和局部形态的改善情况均优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:肩周炎采用针灸推拿联合治疗效果显著,有效缓解临床症状,值得推广应用。

Curative Analysis of Applying Acupuncture and Massage to Treat 55Cases of Shoulder Periarthritis

Objective： To study the therapeutic effect of combining acupuncture and massage to treat shoulder periarthritis. Methods ： Choosing 1 lOcases of our hospital patients with shoulder periarthritis, according to the draw method was divided into two groups, 55cases in controlled group with acupuncture treatment, 55cases in treatment group with acupuncture and massage treatment, to observe the curative effect of two groups of patients. Results： The total effective rate in the treatment group was better than the controlled group, and the degree of shoulder joint pain, activity range, muscle strength, daily life ability and the improvement of local shape were better than the controlled group （P〈0. 05）, Conclusion： The effect of treating shoulder periarthritis with acupuncture and massage is remarkable, effectively relieve the clinical symptoms, is worthy of popularization and application.
