摘 要: | 目的:引入目前研究热点NANC炎症,探讨中药敏咳煎对咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)患者气道炎症的影响。方法:161例中医辨证为阴虚肺燥的CVA患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用中药敏咳煎治疗,对照组采用美普清(盐酸丙卡特罗)治疗,均治疗4周。观察治疗前、后患者血浆、(诱导痰)IS上清液中相关神经介质(SP、NKA)变化。结果:治疗4周后,两组患者治疗前、后血浆中SP、NKA差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);与治疗后同期相比,治疗组降低血浆NKA幅度显著优于对照组(P0.01);治疗组治疗前、后IS上清液中SP差异有统计学意义(P0.01);而对照组治疗前、后SP差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:中药敏咳煎能降低CVA患者血浆、IS中相关神经介质含量,进而从根本上改善患者气道NANC炎症。

Abstract: | Objectives: Under the hot of non-adrenergic/non-cholinergic Inflammation to observe influence of therapeutic treatment based on Minke Decoction in patients with cough variant asthma. Methods: 161patients with CVA diagnosed as Yin- deficiency Lung-dryness Syndrome according to TCM theories were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group. The treatment group was treated with Minke Decoction and the controlled group was treated with procaterol hydroehloride. Both groups were treated for 4weeks. The changes of SP and NKA in blood plasma and induced sputum were observed before and after treatment. Results: Compared with the result before treatment, SP and NKA in blood plasma in both group was decreased after 4weeks of treatment ( P〈0. 05 ). While the change of SP and NKA in blood plasma decreased significantly greater than the con- trolled group, with statistical significance (P〈0.01). Compared with the result before treatment, SP in induced sputum in treatment groups were decreased after treatment ( P〈0. 05 ). While the change of SP in induced sputum in the controlled group had no statistical significance (P〉0. 05 ). Conclusions: Minke Decoction can decrease patients with neuro-mediator in both blood plasma and induce sputum to control the airway non-adrenergic/non-cholinergic inflammation. |
