The Practice in Modern Management of Hospital Staff Training

Objective：To discuss the effect of modem management on hospital staff training. Method：Various training methods were devised according to different training goals of post setting, course system of staff training and pro- grams focusing on practice, substantial effect and multiple levels was established and implemented. Result：The comprehen- sive technical abilities of clinical staff members improved. Conclusion：Modern management of staff training should em- phasize the improvement in comprehensive clinical skills. Furthermore, the achievements attained in the practice of modem management of hospital staff training in Dongyang People＇s Hospital have a value of significant practice.
