电针足三里对雷公藤甲素致大鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用及其机制研究

摘    要:目的:通过实验观察电针"足三里"对雷公藤甲素所致大鼠急性肝损伤的影响。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为空白组、电针组和药物组,经电针"足三里"预处理14天后,建立雷公藤甲素急性肝损伤大鼠模型,观察三组大鼠肝组织匀浆ALT、AST、SOD、MDA、TNF-α、NO、IL-10的含量。结果:电针组AST、ALT、MDA、TNF-α、NO指标值均比对照组低,SOD、IL-10指标值比对照组高。结论:电针预处理可以减轻雷公藤甲素对肝组织的损伤,其机理与抑制靶器官损伤相关的因子释放,提高机体抗氧化应激的能力有关。

Study on the Effects of Electro-acupuncture at Zusanli Point on Protection Mechanism of Acute Hepatic Injury Caused by TriptoUde in Rats

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effects of electro-acupuncture pretreatment of Tsusanli on acute hepatic injury caused by Triptolide in rats. Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into blank controlled group, electro-acupuncture group and drug controlled group. Establishing the acute hepatic injury rat model by feeding the rats with Triptolide, after electro-acu- puncture pretreatment at "Tsusanli". Detecting the content of ALT, AST, SOD, MDA, TNF-α, NO, IL-lOin rat liver homogenate. Results: The level of AST, ALT, MDA, TNF-α, NO, of the electro-acupuncture group were lower than those of the controlled group, While the level of SOD, IL-10of the electro-acupuncture group were higher than those of the controlled group. Conclusion : Electro-acupuncture pretreatment can in a certain reduce the effects of Triptolide on liver tissue injury, the mechanism is possibly related to inhibiting the release of target organ damage factors, and enhance the ability of antioxidants.
