参麦注射液治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床观察

目的观察参麦注射液治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将120例冠心病心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。对照组仅予以常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用参麦注射液治疗。比较2组临床疗效和心电图疗效。结果在临床疗效方面,治疗组总有效率为95.0%,高于对照组的73.3%;在心电图疗效方面,治疗组总有效率为91.7%,高于对照组的75.0%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参麦注射液是治疗冠心病心力衰竭的有效药物。

Clinical observation of shenmai injection in the treatment of coronary heart disease with heart failure

Objective To observe the curative effect of shenmai injection in the treatment of coronary heart disease with heart failure. Methods 120 cases of patients with coronary heart disease with heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 60 cases. The control group was given conventional treatment, while the treatment group was added with shenmai injection bases on the control group. The clinical effect and electrocardiogram curative effect of 2 groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment group （95%） was higher than that of the control group （73.3%） in terms of clinical effect ,while the total effective rate of treatment group （91.7%） was higher than that of the control group （75.0%） in terms of electrocardiogram curative effect, and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion It was effective to treat heart failure of coronary heart disease by shenmai injection.
