| 摘 要： | 目的探讨B型超声对肾上腺肿瘤的定位和定性与其鉴别诊断的价值.方法回顾性分析术前作过B超检查的肾上腺肿瘤36例.结果超声显像诊断结果与手术和病理结果对照,超声定位符合率97.2%(35/36),定性符合率86.1%(31/36).结论对于典型的肾上腺肿瘤,超声结合临床其它检查术前可以确诊. |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical value of ultrasonography in dianosing adrenl tumors.Methods Thirty six cases with adrenal tumors underwent B mode ultrasound preoperatively and analysed retrospectively.Results In the total of 36 cases,the ultrasonographic diagnostic accuracy in localizing the tumors was 97 2%(35/36),the preoperative diagnosis accuracy was 86 1%(31/36).Conclusions The preoperative diagnosis of adrenal tumors is possible by combining the charaterstics on ultrasonography and other clinical technology. |
