摘    要:目的:研究P物质在糖尿病大鼠血浆和肠道组织中的变化及意义。方法:用放射免疫法分别检测糖尿病大鼠(10只)和正常大鼠(10只)血浆和十二指肠、远端结肠组织中P物质的含量。结果:糖尿病大鼠血浆P物质含量明显低于正常对照组(P<0.05)。十二指肠、远端结肠中含量明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肠道组织中P物质的变化在糖尿病胃肠功能障碍中起一定作用。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the change and significance of Substance P (SP)in diabetic rats.Methods:The SP in plasma, duodenum and distal colon were measured by the radioimmunoassay (RIA) in normal rats (n=10) and the diabetic rats (n=10)respectively.Results:The plasma SP in diabetic rats was significantly lower than those in normal group (P< 0.05). In the duodenum and distal colon of diabetic rats SP levels were higher than those of the controls(P< 0.05).Conclusion:The abnormalities observed in animal model for diabetes might have relevance for the gastrointestinal dysmotility displayed in human diabetes.
