碱性成纤维细胞生长因子对烧伤创面愈合的影响

摘    要:目的:观察碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)对烧伤Ⅱ度创面及残余肉芽创面(残创)愈合的影响。方法:采用自身对照法,对46例早期烧伤Ⅱ度创面和残创用bFGF进行治疗。以创面愈合为指标,与对照组平行比较,判读创面愈合时间。结果:bFGF对伤早期Ⅱ度创面和残创均能明显缩短愈合时间,结论:外源性bFGF对烧伤Ⅱ度创面和残创有促进愈合的作用,促进烧伤残创愈合作用尤为显著。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the healing effect of Basic Flbroblast Growth Factor (bFGF) on enhancing the healing of II degree burn wounds and chronic residual wounds (granulation). Methods: A total of 46 patients burn with burn II degree wounds and burn residual granulation wounds were enrolled. Total cases treated with domestic bFGF were subjected to the randomized auto-control trials. The healing time and healing rates in different time were observed. Results: In II degree burn wounds, the healing time was significantly shorter in bFGF group than that of the controls ( P <0.05). The healing time of residual granulation wounds was shorten obviously with bFGF for about 28.95 days than that of the contral group ( P <0.01) and there was significant difference between the two groups. Conclusions: It demonstrates that bFGF can promote the healing in II degree burn wounds and residual granulation wounds, especially for residual granulation wounds in the healing of later period.
