| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胸腔镜手术在自发性气胸治疗中的临床价值。方法回顾性分析我院自发性气胸患者临床资料,对比分析传统手术治疗(n=39)与电视胸腔镜手术治疗(n=48)在切口长度、术中出血量、手术时间、术后胸腔引流管放置时间、液体引流量、住院时间以及术后复发率等方面的差异。结果电视胸腔镜手术治疗患者在切口长度、术中出血量、手术时间、术后胸腔引流管放置时间、液体引流量、住院时间等方面均较开胸手术治疗明显降低(P<0.05),两种治疗方式的术后1年复发率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论与开胸手术治疗相比,电视胸腔镜在治疗自发性气胸中具有明显优势。
