| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨盐酸氨溴索,(Ambroxol)对胸部创伤所致急性肺损伤的治疗作用.方法 2009年1月至2011年6月,应用盐酸氨溴索治疗胸部创伤导致急性肺损伤患者108例.采用随机数字表将患者随机分为2组,常规治疗组(对照组)52例:盐酸氨溴索60 mg加生理盐水100 ml;大剂量+雾化吸入组(实验组)49例:盐酸氨溴索500 mg加生理盐水250 ml,2次/d,同时给予盐酸氨溴索30 mg雾化吸入3次/d,连续7 d.急性肺损伤的程度分级参照肺挫伤简易评分法.记录两组患者每天血气分析结果.结果 两组病例比较,动脉血氧分压曲线上升速度试验组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);动脉血二氧化碳分压,实验组下降速度曲线与对照组相比差异无统计意义(P>0.05);氧饱和度,实验组曲线上升速度明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 大剂量盐酸氨溴索+雾化吸入对胸部刨伤所致急性肺损伤具有明显的治疗作用,可提高体内压分压和氧饱和度. |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of large dose Ambroxol and Ambroxol inhalation on lung trauma.Methods From January 2008 to June 2010,108 patients with lung trauma was divided in to two groups,one was large dose Ambroxol and inhalation with 500 mg and 30 mg inhalation(test group),the other group with 60 mg and no inhalation(control group).Lung trauma was graded according to the methods of lung contusion facility grade.And the blood gas analysis was recorded everyday.Results The PaO2 and SaO2 was improved... |
