医疗机构执行新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控任务的物资保障

2019年12月,武汉市发生了新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情。作为确诊或疑似患者的收治场所,医疗机构对个人防护用品、消杀类产品及相关药品的需求量剧增,各医疗机构的物资保障体系均经受了严峻的考验。该研究结合医院实践,针对疫情下的应急物资管理提出几点建议:加强组织领导,健全医疗机构的应急物资保障体系;提升预判能力,尽早启动紧急采购预案,增加物资的库房储备;加强物资管控,将有限的应急物资优先安排于重点岗位,避免资源浪费。该研究还讨论了本次突发的传染病疫情为医疗机构在物资保障方面带来的启示,以期能够为医疗机构制订传染病疫情应急物资保障策略提供参考。

The Materials Guarantee During the Prevention and Control of COVID-19 in Medical Institutions

COVID-19 was seen in Wuhan in December 2019.As the place for receiving and treating confirmed or suspected patients,the demands for personal protective equipment,disinfection products and related drugs in hospitals has increased dramatically,and the materials guarantee system of medical institutions has confronted a severe test.Based on our own experiences,this paper put forward some suggestions for emergency materials management under the epidemic:Strengthen the organization and leadership,improve the emergency materials guarantee system of medical institutions;Improve the prediction ability,start the emergency procurement plan as early as possible,and increase the storage of related materials in the warehouses;Enhance material management and control,distribute the limited emergency materials to key posts preferentially and eliminate waste of resources.Finally,the paper discussed the enlightenment of the outbreak of infectious diseases to the medical institutions in terms of materials support,in order to provide references for the medical institutions to formulate emergency materials support strategies for infectious diseases.
