| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨儿童旁中心注视性弱视治疗方法。方法：采用红色滤光片法加反转遮闭法矫治旁中心注视性弱视儿童50人，52只眼。结果：4～5岁组26只眼中治愈18只眼(69．23％)；6～7岁组22只眼中治愈13只眼(59．10％)；8～10岁组4只眼治愈1只眼(25．0％)。有32只眼转变为中心注视(61．53％)。结论：该方法对儿童有显著疗效，本方法是一种简单、经济、有效的弱视治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the treatment of amblyopia with eccentric fixation in children. Methods:Red filter with reverse occlusion was used to correct the amblyopia with eccentric fixation in 52 eyes of 50 children. Results:The percentages of cured eyes in age group of 4 to 5 years,6 to 7 years and 8 to 10 years were 69 23% (18/26 eyes),59 10% (13/22) and 25 00% (1/4),respectively.32 eyes turned to centric fixation (61 53%). Conclusions:The efficiency of the therapy is significant It is a simple,economic and effectual method for the treatment of amblyopia in children. |
